All charges incurred by BigQuery jobs running on the project will be billed to the attached billing account. BigQuery storage charges are also billed to the attached billing account.

In Power BI workspaces, teams share ownership and management of their dashboards, reports, datasets, and workbooks. Sometimes, Power BI users organize their workspaces based on organizational structures or create them for specific projects.
However, other organizations use several workspaces to store the different versions of the reports or dashboards they use.
